Adhesive Bead Control

The HALIOS^® principle offers the option to improve the range and disturbance-free qualities of classical optical sensors with relatively small efforts.

 

Additionally, application areas can be augmented substantially. It is for example possible to measure a black adhesive substance against a dark background during its application in position and strength.

This process is for example used in the process of gluing car body panels in the automotive industry.

Neither ambient light from lamps nor ambient light from adjacent welding lines influence the accuracy of the measurement in any way.
