No optics without mechanics. Therefore the field of precision mechanics constitutes a further competence of MECHALESS Systems.

The highly qualified precision mechanics of the MECHALESS Systems team are able to rapidly implement first prototypes from newly designed optical structures using high-precision CNC lathes and milling machines.

Consequently MECHALESS Systems is not only able to construct 3-D CAD structures, but also to directly implement these in optical synthetics with the aim to directly produce virtually optically polished surfaces in one machining work step.

MECHALESS is therefore able to self-sustainingly realize the complete construction circle from the first idea to a first prototype.
