Competence IC Design

One further competence of the MECHALESS Systems team among numerous others is that we are able to rapidly develop solutions for complex input devices and sensor applications.

In order to implement these solutions MECHALESS Systems uses the patented HALIOS^® technology. The expertise of MECHALESS Systems in doing so is to develop ideas together with its customers and to verify these ideas in first functional models. Together with ELMOS Semiconductor in Dortmund, offering the development of an ASIC with HALIOS^® technology, MECHALESS is then able to realize the production of serial products.

  

Therefore MECHALESS Systems is capable of integrating the necessary HALIOS^® technology directly into an ASIC guaranteeing at the same time the production of
compact low cost components for applications for mass markets.

For special applications it is also possible to, for example, integrate the optical component (photodiode on chip) as well as sending LED chips in one package. The whole functionality is then combined in one HALIOS^®-Opto-IC.

For some HALIOS^® applications MECHALESS already developed standard ICs. With these the user is able to implement his ideas straight away (for more information see applications).
