Software:
The development of intuitively operated input devices is a very dynamic process. The application of software enables us to provide the necessary flexibility to meet the requirements of such a dynamic process.
MECHALESS Systems is equipped with profound know-how, especially in the field of programming embedded systems.

Here we are focusing on the digital preparation, the processing and the interpretation of HALIOS^® raw signals using microcontroller and DSPs (Texas Instruments). For easy parameterization and visualization of our demonstrators, we develop customer specific applications under Windows. These are generated in VisualBasic™ or LabView.
The communication is realized via currently common interfaces (RS 232, USB).

Besides the customer needs, we also keep a firm eye on the quality of the software. Systematic planning processes and tests as well as the use of appropriate tools (e.g. static analysis) guarantee stable running systems.
Our aim: To provide the best possible functionality and maximum reliability for our customers.

Hardware:
Our system includes circuits ranging from analog technology to process technology.
The developers are here resorting to a rich repertoire of process technology and experience.


The designs are then verified and optimized using simulations based on SPICE and test setups. In doing so we are committing ourselves to a constant improvement and optimization of these setups.

Especially in the field of analog technology MECHALESS Systems is taking an exceptional position. We are experienced in the design of amplifiers of photodiodes and LED drivers. When designing circuits, MECHALESS not only puts standard components together, but designs the circuits in a creative process taking all possibilities into account to find the best possible solution.
